We can offer personal training to suit all needs

  • Sessions are available throughout the day, weekdays & weekends.
  • We offer personal training on either a one to one basis or in small groups.
  • Programmes can be tailored to suit individual requirements.
  • Prices are £25 per hr however discounts are available for multiple bookings
