We can offer personal training to suit all needs
- Sessions are available throughout the day, weekdays & weekends.
- We offer personal training on either a one to one basis or in small groups.
- Programmes can be tailored to suit individual requirements.
- Prices are £25 per hr however discounts are available for multiple bookings
